Dana McKinney is an accomplished and passionate Executive Director with expertise in speech-language pathology and brain injury rehabilitation. With a Master's degree from Southeastern Louisiana University, she leads our program with dedication and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals affected by neurological and physiological disorders. Dana's experience includes overseeing quality patient care at Neulife Rehabilitation of Louisiana, Inc. and providing comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing disorder treatments. She is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist Trainer with proficiency in LSVT Loud and VitalStim Plus. Dana's community engagement extends to coaching at the Gleason Life Skills Sports Clinic, facilitating a dementia caregiver support group, and volunteering with various organizations.

As the Clinical Director at NeuLife Rehabilitation of Louisiana, Shae oversees the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and leads the clinical team with integrity, expertise, and empathy.
Throughout her career, Shae has remained committed to helping patients achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality of life. Her clinical leadership ensures that every patient receives a personalized care plan rooted in evidence-based practice and delivered with dignity and respect.
